What is HERS (ECC) Testing?
HERS (ECC) testing is a set of diagnostic inspections required by California's Building Energy Efficiency Standards (Title 24). These inspections are carried out by a HERS (ECC) Rater who will provide you with the California Certificates showing that your inspections passed code and you are ready to "Occupy" your project. Certified HERS (ECC) testing helps confirm that your building meets all necessary efficiency criteria.
